Welcome to the Admin Platform!
Digital Insight is excited to announce the deployment of our Single Admin initiative on the Admin Platform! This release combined the features and functionality of Internet Banking Management Console, MySupport (formerly known as 'MyDI'), Client Site, and GRS Client Gateway into a single location that you will access with a single login.
You and your staff now have a new experience which, depending on the user permissions you have, may include:
- Management Console functionality accessible from the "Management Console" tab.
- The new Consumer Banking Support Dashboard which provides quick access and ability to solve the most frequent end user issues. This is available to roll out to your users (only Super Users have access until you choose to roll out) and is accessible under the Admin Platform "Home" tab.
- Current Admin Platform functionality including Purchase Rewards Admin, Online Payroll Admin, and TurboTax for Online Banking 1099 Upload under the new "Administration" tab, the Transformation Bundle reports under the "Reports" tab and Web Center Admin under the "Web Center" tab.
- The new Product Channel replaces the product-related information formerly found on the Client Site.
- The new Marketing Channel which contains campaign information and marketing materials by product and replaces the GRS Gateway.
- The new Training Channel with all training content formerly found on the Client Site
- Direct access to MySupport available under the Admin Platform "Home" tab
