How we work

Having built over 2000 financial institution websites over the last 10+ years, Digital Insight has continuously refined our implementation and support processes.  The result is a consultative process that produces professionally designed websites with maximum efficiency.  The process doesn’t end there though.  Once your website is built and live, our award winning support staff continues the consultative partnership throughout your website's lifecycle.


 

Sales Process

Our process begins before the sale is even completed.  Our experienced Sales and Sales Engineering teams will work with you to determine your website requirements and help decide which solutions are right for you:

  • Website Platform: Web Center or Basic
  • Design Option: Custom or QuickStart (or Third Party)
  • Page Count Option: Depends on platform chosen
  • Help explain / decide on Value-Add Solutions

 

Website Design & Development

After a new website contract is signed, the project is given to one of our Project Managers.  From there, you will work with the Project Manager, a Web Designer, and a Web Developer through the following process:

  • Gather / Create content for your new website
  • Create a website design (look & feel)
  • Build the website
  • Final edits / tweaks in a preview environment
  • Go Live!

 

Ongoing Website Support

Upon going live with your new website, your primary contact at Digital Insight for website questions will be your Web Account Manager.  This team uses a consultant-based approach to help you with decisions about your website and to help facilitate change requests to your website.
