Digital Insight utilizes two fully redundant data centers, located in California and Georgia. The company scales horizontally for host servers, application servers and database servers. All applications and subsystems are designed for high availability and servers have standby back up with automatic cutover and auto recovery.

The data center has its own physical security as well. As a sensitive area, it is protected with biometric eye scan entry, additional card key access, video surveillance, 7 X 24 staff coverage, and a 24-hour police response system. The data center is equipped with redundant electrical power sources and environmental monitoring systems with audible and visible alarms.
