Why We Gather Information
When you visit this site, we gather anonymous statistics in order to monitor our products and equipment and to improve our services. We also gather your personal information in order to properly identify you and complete requests initiated by you.
How We Gather Information
Anonymous Statistics: We collect and are the sole owner of the following information which is collected from all of our website users. We do not use "cookies" to collect this information. We use log files to collect:
- Internet Provider address of requestor
- Name of web pages and images requested from the site
- Referring URL, if it is available
Personal Information: In certain areas of our website (as detailed below) we also gather your personal information on registration or application forms, in order to complete requests initiated and authorized by you. In these particular areas, if you request information, then to complete your request we collect your name, mailing address, email address, phone and fax numbers, and other optional information. You always have the option not to complete your request, and to provide information through another communication method such as telephone.
User Forms
Contact Us: This section of our website is NOT intended for individual consumer use. It is intended for financial institutions which are interested in our products and services, where they can request a follow up phone call or email from us by providing contact information on the form such as name, title, daytime phone number, and so on. Once the financial institution has provided this information on the form, it can be updated or deleted it at any time by emailing customersupport@digitalinsight.com. Financial institutions always have the option of using other methods to contact us, such as telephone.
Client Login: This section of our website is NOT intended for individual consumer use. It is designed for our financial institution clients only, who will be asked to provide their user name and password for identification and security purposes. This section also records failed log-on attempts for security purposes.
Information We Will Disclose
Within Digital Insight - We will share your personal information internally for the purpose of performing a transaction requested by you and for administering business.
Outside of Digital Insight - We are required to or we will provide information about you to third parties without your consent, as required by law; for example, to respond to a subpoena or court order, or judicial or regulatory process.
In addition, we will provide your personal information to third parties who are under agreement with us to help perform your requested transactions. These companies are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information that is provided to them through our website.
