Management Console: Reports (SESSION FULL)
Would you like to learn how to use and better understand all of the reports available to you in your Management Console? Would you like to learn how to use the email manager tool to communicate with your end users? Participants in this session will learn how to create, download and save detailed reports on their Consumer Internet Banking and Bill Payment products using the reporting feature within the Management Console.
Topics include:
- Using reports to troubleshoot inactive and locked out users
- Tracking and reporting of end user adoption
- Using email manager to reach inactive users
- Using reports to research online transactions
Security and Digital Insight
Would you like to obtain a better understanding of how your Digital Insight security products can work for you? Are your financial institutions and your end users maximizing the functionality available within their security products? This session will teach you how to capitalize on your security tools to increase your ability to provide safer online banking.
Topics include:
- Understanding the different security products
- Demonstrating the benefits of Transaction Monitoring, Identity Theft Resolution and Online Fraud Shutdown
- Using Multi-factor Authentication to increase login security
Session 2: 10:30am-12:30pm

Business Banking Reports
Looking for a way to track and audit end user activity on your Business Banking platform? Do you need the ability to track specific transactions for billing purposes? Is your Compliance Officer satisfied with your current administrator tracking? This session will prepare your Financial Institution Administrators to create, download and save detailed reports using the Financial Institution Admin reporting tool.
Topics include:
- Reporting to track and audit end user activity
- Using reports to assist with billing
- Using reports to research online transactions
- Generating administrator activity reports for security and compliance purposes
Web Connect and Direct Connect for Quicken
Does your financial institution understand the functionality and benefits of Web Connect and Direct Connect in order to effectively market to your end users? Is your support staff confident about how your Web Connect and Direct Connect products work? This session will demonstrate how Personal Financial Management software interacts with Digital Insight’s online products. In addition, you will learn about often-overlooked resources and tools available to your financial institution.
Topics include:
- Exporting transactions via Web Connect
- How to enroll and use Direct Connect through Quicken and QuickBooks
- Using Management Console tools to manage and track Direct Connect activity.
- Using fi.intuit.com and other resources for marketing, training, and support
Please note: while we will cover Web Connect in this session, the focus will be on Direct Connect.
