I registered before February 1, 2008, how do I receive the free night hotel?

You are responsible for making your hotel reservations for your entire stay directly with the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa. Digital Insight, an Intuit company, will credit the one night stay and you will be charged for one less night when you check-out.

Are the Sunday, April 13 activities included in the conference registration fee?

The Sunday activities are optional and are not included in the conference registration fee. You must register for them separately. Guests are also welcome to register for the Sunday activities.

Golf Tournament: $254 per person
Sonoran Desert River Rafting Adventure: $185 per person

How much does the Saturday Pre-Conference Product Training cost?

One subject (2 hours of training): $250 per attendee
Two subjects (4 hours of training): $500 per attendee

Cancellation Policy:

Conference registration fees are refundable less a $250.00 service charge until March 21, 2008. After March 21, 2008, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows or any other registration fee received. Substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancellations at any time.

Training cancellations must be received on or before 5:00 pm PST, March 21, 2008 for a refund. For cancellations after March 21, you will be refunded 50% of the training fees. Substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancellations at any time.

Activity cancellations must be received by March 21, 2008 for a refund. After March 21, refunds for activities will not be issued. Substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancellations at any time.
