1A. Ready to Learn XHTML? (101)
Do you want the ability to edit sections of your Web site independently?  Would you like to update your Internet Banking Message of the Day on a regular basis with fresh text and graphics? Learning XHTML can help you do this and more. This two-hour course will review text formatting and image positioning with XHTML. Topics include learning to bold or italicize text, creating hyperlinks, changing font style and color and adding images and promotional banners. You will also be provided with a take-away practice interface on CD that will allow you to practice your changes before attempting to post them on your live Web site.

1B. Management Console: Reports
Generating Management Console reports helps you better manage your online banking offering.  Learn how to use and better understand all of the reports available to you in your Management Console and learn how to use the email manager tool to communicate with your end users.  Participants in this session will learn how to create, download and save detailed reports on their consumer Internet Banking and Bill Payment products using the reporting feature within the Management Console.   Topics include:

  • Using reports to troubleshoot inactive and locked out users.
  • Tracking and reporting of end user adoption.
  • Using email manager to reach inactive users.
  • Using reports to research online transactions.
1C. Getting Started with Business Banking
Are you ready to launch your new Business Banking platform but unsure of how to get started? Do you have all of the necessary set up pieces in place to ensure that you are ready to service your business customers? This session will provide your financial institution with some best practices for going “live” with your Business Banking product.
Topics include:
  • Getting ready to sell.
  • How your decisions affect your customer.
  • Preparing your Financial Institution Admin Platform.

2A. Web Design Workshop (201)
Creating an effective Web presence for your financial institution involves more than text and stylish graphics. Developing a graphic design based on well-planned information architecture is an essential part of developing an effective Web site. This course will help you better understand the techniques used to build a user-friendly graphic interface around your content. During this course we will discuss the following:

  • Creating an information architecture and choosing an effective navigation structure.
  • Understanding resolution and download issues, and designing with product promotion in mind.
  • Suggestions for writing effective Web content and re-writing your print collateral text for use on the Web will also be reviewed.

2B. Business Banking Reports
Looking for a way to track and audit end user activity on your Business Banking platform? Do you need the ability to track specific transactions for billing purposes? Is your Compliance Officer satisfied with your current administrator tracking? This session will prepare your financial institution Administrators to create, download and save detailed reports using the financial institution Admin reporting tool.
